One thing PAW Patrol does well is colors! For this “just for fun” activity we made PAW prints to match each character. Our Paw Patrol figures ended up painted too, but giving them a bubble bath in the sink was half the fun.
Here’s the steps to guide your preschooler:
1. Line up each figure on white card stock.
2. Pick out the matching color paints for each character:
Marshall – Red
Rocky – Lime Green
Skye – Pink
Chase – Royal Blue
Zuma – Orange
Tracker – Olive (dark yellowish-green)
Rubble – Yellow
Everest – Teal
3. Put each paint color on a paper plate and let your preschooler dip a round top or ring (we used our Chickaletta figure from our bath time set) to make a circle on the paper. Next, your little one can dip his/her fingertip in the paint and make 3-4 fingerprints for the claws.
4. Rinse off the round top or ring with water and you’re ready to repeat with a new color.
Little learners today, leaders tomorrow… happy creating!
