Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Here’s another easy one if you already have the sensory bin made! Cut an ice tray (mine was from the Dollar Tree), so that there are 10 ice cubes. Write the numbers to 10 on the bottom of each space. Have your child pick a number from the hat and tell you what the number is and then put a gold coin in that number on the tray. This is a great way to practice number recognition for beginning learners!
Here’s a video showing it in action:
We finished with “How to Catch a Leprechaun” by Adam Wallace, which is a must read before St. Patrick’s Day!
